The taste of childhood for me could be summed up in one word - pasteli.

It is a sweet that can be found in almost every Greek household, traditionally made with sesame and honey. Growing up I thought about how it would be possible to make this dessert more interesting, softer, healthier, in a word - "different"!

It is a sweet that can be found in almost every Greek household, traditionally made with sesame and honey.

A loyal travel companion, a sweet surprise after a long hike, pasteli uplifted us and gave us more energy to explore.

Growing up I thought about how it would be possible to make this dessert more interesting, softer, healthier, in a word - "different"!

And so began the experiment!

After many trying and failing many times, making a big mess and burning many pots and pans, I managed to make a pasteli truly unlike the others!

Crisp and soft at the same time, without glucose, without preservatives, exclusively made with pure raw materials.

The pasteli "Flo" is a completely handmade product, with 100% natural ingredients that retain their nutritional value.

It is prepared in very small quantities each time, carefully and with love.

It is produced and packaged in a special, certified workshop in Chania.
