About Pasteli by Flo:

The taste of childhood for me could be summed up in one word - pasteli.

It is a sweet that can be found in almost every Greek household, traditionally made with sesame and honey. Growing up I thought about how it would be possible to make this dessert more interesting, softer, healthier, in a word - "different"!

And so began the experiment!

After trying and failing many times, making a big mess and burning many pots and pans, I managed to make a pasteli truly unlike the others!

It is prepared in very small quantities each time, carefully and with love.

It is produced and packaged in a special, certified workshop in Chania.
