1. General Information

Shipping Service: TNT or DHL Courier

Parcel Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email from our customer service containing tracking information. You can check the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

For registered customers, the tracking information is also available in "Your Account" under section "Order History and Details" (click on the "Details" link on the right-hand side of the "Order History" list).

If you are having any issues finding or using the provided tracking infomation, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Free Shipping Conditions: All orders for Greece with a total value over 25 EUR are eligible for free shipping. All orders over 80 EUR for countries in the EU are eligible for free shipping.

Free shipping is applied to all orders for Greece where the total value of the products is 25 EUR and over and for all orders for the EU with a total value of 80 EUR and over. Conditions are subject to change - for more information, please see our "Terms of Sale".

Shipping Restrictions: The maximum shipping weight for all parcels (domestic and international) is 15kg. If this weight is exceeded an error message will be displayed in you shopping cart and you will not be able to complete your order. In this case, please review your cart to reduce the overall weight or divide it into two or more separate orders which will be shipped individually. 2. Serviced Countries and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders (Greece) is 2-3 working days.

Orders within the EU are typically fulfilled within 5-7 work days and orders for serviced countries within the EEA are typically fulfilled within 7-10 work days.
