Payment for products ordered and delivered in Greece can be made by bank card (the online payment processor is PayPal) or via cash on delivery. THE PRODUCTS presented on the website are sold in the original packaging and are within the expiry date indicated by the Manufacturer, according to the legislation in force.

PRODUCTS are delivered in door-to-door system through the express courier company TNT or DHL.

Delivery fee: The delivery cost of the products is established depending on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Free Shipping:
ORDERS where the total value (including VAT) of the products reaches EUR 25 or more, with a final destination within Greece, will be exempted from shipping charges. The maximum shipping weight for all parcels is 15kg.

Delivery time varies depending on the day and time of the order as well as the delivery distance. Usually for orders placed from Monday-Friday before 12.00pm the dispatch time will be up to 12h; Deliveries in Greece are typically fulfilled within 48h of dispatch. For EU delivery ZONE 1 the expected delivery time is between 3-5 working days; for ZONE 2-4 - between 5 and 7 working days.
