SUBJECT-MATTER and the DEFINITION of the KEY TERMS USED
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as GTCS) will apply to all sales made by Delights of Crete via www.delightsofcrete.gr virtual store. In this GTCS, the main terms have the following meaning:

VALIDITY
This CONTRACT enters into force upon confirmation of the ORDER by the SELLER. After placing an order on the website, you will receive an email confirming and accepting the order. After you place an order by phone, you will receive a confirmation email / SMS with a summary of the phone order and its acceptance. At this moment it is considered that the GTCS are already accepted by the BUYER.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The SELLER will use his professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the ORDER and will deliver the PRODUCTS that meet the requirements, needs and specifications of the BUYER.
The information presented on the SELLER's websites is informative and may be modified by the SELLER, without prior notice. Also, for reasons related to space and consistency of information structure, product descriptions may be incomplete but the seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information, so that the product is used in the parameters for which it was purchased.
Communication with the store - can be done by posting opinions about products or communicating through the methods mentioned in the ""contact"" section. Opinions or communication containing insults or inappropriate language will be excluded or ignored from the site. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

THE BUYER declares that the information provided is correct, real, complete and current otherwise the SELLER may block access to the services provided for a specified / indefinite period without prior notice.
Any attempt to use the personal data of another user, to modify the content of the site or to attack the server in any way can be considered a fraud on the security of the server and will become the subject of a criminal complaint.
PRICE and PAYMENT METHOD
The price for the ordered products, the applicable VAT and other related taxes (when applicable) are those displayed on the website www.delightsofcrete.gr at the time of sending the order. Periodically, they may change; but the changes will only affect future orders, not those already accepted and confirmed. Courier delivery costs are charged in addition to the price of the products and are displayed on the website when ordering.

Payment for products ordered and delivered in Greece can be made by bank card (the online payment processor is PayPal) or via cash on delivery. If you order in the name and on behalf of a legal entity: we reserve the right to request pre-payment in full, or a percentage in advance of delivery (20%). DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
THE PRODUCTS presented on the website www.delightsofcrete.gr are sold in the original packaging and are within the expiry date indicated by the Manufacturer, according to the legislation in force.
PRODUCTS are delivered in door-to-door system through the express courier company TNT or DHL.
Delivery fee: The delivery cost of the products is established depending on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Free Shipping:
ORDERS where the total value (including VAT) of the products reaches EUR 25 or more, with a final destination within Greece, will be exempted from shipping charges. The maximum shipping weight for all parcels is 15kg.
Delivery time varies depending on the day and time of the order as well as the delivery distance. Usually for orders placed from Monday-Friday before 12.00pm the dispatch time will be up to 12h; Deliveries in Greece are typically fulfilled within 48h of dispatch. For EU delivery ZONE 1 the expected delivery time is between 3-5 working days; for ZONE 2-4 - between 5 and 7 working days. The BUYER will be notified of the estimated delivery time after the parcel is taken over by the courier company. For orders placed on Friday after 12pm until Sunday 00.00, the delivery time may be increased by 24 hours.
If the BUYER receives a notification of a failed delivery to the address indicated in the order, he is responsible to use the data received to contact the courier and establish a new delivery. In cases where the parcel is lost or has taken damage during transport it is the obligation of the BUYER to notify the SELLER as soon as possible to arrange for a refund or replacement of the missing goods. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Contracting Party shall be liable for the failure to perform on time and / or for the improper performance - in whole or in part - of any obligation under this contract, if the non-performance or improper performance of that obligation was caused by force majeure. , as defined by law
The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 3 days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures in order to limit its consequences.
If within 30 days from the occurrence, the respective event does not cease, the parties have the right to notify the full termination of this contract without any of them claiming damages.
TERMS, PENALTIES and DISPUTES
In case the terms of delivery and / or start of the ORDER cannot be observed, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER of the estimated term of completion of the delivery.
RETURN POLICY
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@delightsofcrete.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In accordance with current legislation you are entitled to return goods ordered on the website www.delightsofcrete.gr within 14 calendar days. Important: you are responsible for all costs for the return of the product and the reimbursement of the value of the product/s will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notification of return. We can postpone the refund until we receive the package or until you send a confirmation that you have sent the parcel, taking into consideration the earlier date. To make a return towards www.delightsofcrete.gr bear in mind the legislative regulations in force, i.e. in case the product is perishable (e.g. food, organic products, beverages, cosmetics) the product will be returned only if the original packaging has not been opened; Along with the product the BUYER shall return all accompanying documents, as sent by www.delightsofcrete.gr
The products supplied may be returned under the following conditions:
a) incorrect shipment - products were not ordered or the quantity delivered does not correspond to the quantity ordered. In these cases the BUYER shall inform the SELLER in writing within 24 hours from the reception of the package, the cost of replacement will be borne in full by SELLER except for the situation in which the BUYER provided incorrect delivery dates.
b) Damaged GOODS will be replaced by the SELLER, if the fault of the courier is proved and he is informed in writing within maximum 24 hours from the receipt of the package. Please note that we reserve the right to deny return/refund claims on a case by case basis, depending on the type and extent of the damage suffered during transport.
The return of the GOODS may be carried out for any other situation, according to the legislation in force relating to GOODS delivered to the residence or workplace of the consumer-BUYER.
