We were born and we live in the beautiful city of Chania, on the island of Crete.

We love nature - we respect our ancestors’ land and share a deep appreciation for its blessings; we know about the power of the herbs, which grow here in such abundance, and we value their healing properties; these are the basic principles which guide us in all that we are trying to accomplish.

We noticed that there are habits and products, essential to our daily diet, which are completely unknown to a large portion of the public. This is how we came up with the idea to use traditional knowledge, combined with our scientific expertise, to provide access to the valuable treasures of the Cretan land, for all those interested in following a healthy diet.
